I super love their bread that we ordered a to go.Lastly, the place looks clean and it has a cheerful environment or probably because our waitstaff was very friendly. This experience made our annual visit to AZ worth coming back to have breakfast at First Watch!I Highly recommend?PS- we asked Jacob to take our photos too and he told us if we want to go in the receiving area where people often take their photos. He hosted us like he’s in his own home! We felt like we’re in a first class restaurant being treated like a king and queen although the restaurant is a casual breakfast/brunch place.Next, the food was great! There’s not much to say since it’s breakfast food but the saltiness is balance which I like. We’ve never encountered such a great waitstaff before!First, Jacob (our waitstaff) welcomed us enthusiastically and friendly. The box was kinda small, it can’t fit much of the food.Even if they close at 1.30, I guess they stop taking orders earlier, I am not sure, but we were done eating and although it was not even 1 o’clock, they started cleaning and we felt like we were kinda pushed to leave, they did not say anything to us, me and my friends, but we could all tell by the way the server acted.Maybe it’s good to visit when they open to have a more enjoyable experience without feeling any pressure. Also, there is some parking in the sides of the building, it was easy to park but it might be an issue during the busy hours.Parking: Parking was easy to find due to the time of the day on a week dayįirst Watch 2475 S Val Vista Dr #105, Gilbert I was not able to eat it all, so I took the rest for to-go. I ordered some walnut pancake which was very delicious, the portion was huge, two big pancakes with caramelized walnut, banana and some syrup, as well as some butter on top. They have sittings both inside and outside, however, no one want to sit outside in this Arizona heat even if the sitting is covered. The Gilbert House 397 S Gilbert Rd, GilbertĬute little place for breakfast and early lunch! The place was not crowded on a weekday at 11 o’clock. Now, when we are out west, we try to get to one at least once during our trip. Jack in the Box used to have a presence in the eastern states but ended up leaving in the 80s. They are easy to eat as they stay together quite well and have a nice crunch to them.So.in the end, we all were pleased with our meals. The taco shell is filled with finely ground beef, some American cheese, lettuce, tomato and spicy taco sauce. As for the tacos.they were made exactly as they should be. He ended up giving his fries to us as the tacos don't come as a combo. However, the one that got the spicy one didn't realize that fries came with it. Both our grandsons liked their sandwiches. It didn't take very long for the food to come out. My husband and I each ordered 2 tacos and got sodas. The person taking our order was polite and our order was filled correctly. The other on got the #12 which had a homestyle chicken club. One of them got The #10 combo which had Jack's spicy chicken sandwich plus fries and a soda. Together, we went to the counter and ordered our meals. So.we went here with some trepidation. Two of our grandsons were with us. Last year, we had stopped in a Jack while in TX and the food was horrible. A couple of customers went to the drive through window for their food while we went inside to eat.I had really wanted to go to a Jack in the Box because I'm a fan of their tacos when they are prepared correctly. We were here on a Thursday around 4:30 p.m. I'm surprised at the negative reviews because our experience was just fine. Jack In The Box 4361 E Baseline Rd, Gilbert Even while I'm writing this review I'm salivating! The Thai tea was the usual with really attractive presentation. It's a little far from where I live in south chandler but I don't mind the drive.Vegetarian options: Menu has quite a few vegetarian options They that had a hard time during Covid as they opened just a month before it struck. There is ample parking and seating inside the restaurant even if you come in a large group. The service is kind of slow as it's kind of understaffed but you can plan your visit ahead of time and the food is absolutely worth waiting for!I have been here twice already and tried the veggie curry (the owner was sweet for adding in tofu for me) and the khao soo with tofu. It's a family owned restaurant where the man takes care of the guests and billing and his wife is in the kitchen. This hole in the wall place was recommended by my friends and I love them for introducing me to this restaurant. Cafe’ de Bangkok - Gilbert, AZ 1111 N Gilbert Rd Suite # 101-103, Gilbert
